Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
Grade 4, SCP 12-17, £24,496 - £26,845

(Actual salary £18,460 - £20,875 dependent on continuous service and experience)

32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 days


We are looking to appoint an energetic and creative person to work with our students, aged 11-18, including those with additional need.

You would be supporting our teaching and learning in the classroom as well as running some small group and one to one interventions.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has a passion for actively contributing to society, helping to develop tomorrow's adults and supporting them to become confident, respectful, independent and resilient.


We are looking for someone who is:

  • Empathetic and can build trust and rapport with students, staff and parents
  • An excellent role model
  • Qualified to Level 3 Teaching Assistant or similar, or has equivalent experience
