Description

We are looking to recruit a qualified Children and Young Peoples Wellbeing Practitioner to join the MindMate Support Team, the early intervention in mental health service in Leeds.

Our CWPs work alongside colleagues from a variety of backgrounds such as, Education Mental Health Practitioners, Mental Health Practitioners, and a Psychologist.

This is an exciting time for the service as we are expanding to provide accessible support to children and young people as early as possible to support recovery.

You will be part of a growing and supportive team and will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service across Leeds.

Our CWPs support children and young people with mild to moderate emotional wellbeing needs delivering a range of brief, low intensity Cognitive Behaviour Therapy based interventions which involve working in partnership with children, young people, families and relevant agencies and utilizing the relevant CYP-IAPT Measures to monitor and evaluate outcomes.
