More about your role


As Associate Director Health, Safety & Compliance you will be working with the director to provide leadership and strategic direction for the Touchstone Compliance Team, ensuring Touchstone complies with all relevant legislation and company policies.


You will lead a team, providing technical compliance and maintenance support, ensuring highest levels of customer support are achieved whilst complying with client budgets and mandates and operating within landlord/tenant framework.

You will be an active member of the Health and Safety Steering group committee and will represent and deputise for the Director when not available

This will be a Hybrid role working 2 days in the office in Bath and 3 day Working from Home

More about you


To be successful in the role you will ideally have previous experience working within a property background ideally holding a Health & Safety Qualification (NEBOSH) or similar.

You will be a clean leader with presence and influence, with the ability to instil confidence in our clients

  • Grad IOSH.
  • Strong property background preferable.
  • Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and it's implications on the property market.
  • Excellent understanding of property related statutory testing and servicing essential.
  • Connected with and knowledgeable about the property industry, maintaining awareness of new developments, legislation, technology and innovation.
  • Hungry for achievement and ambitious to advance within the business
  • Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines.
