About The Role:

Are you available for weeks this summer and interested in gaining experience in the property industry? Do you enjoy building relationships and possess excellent communication and organisational skills? Are you interested in hitting the streets of some of the top locations in Central London? If so, read on, we may have the opportunity for you


We are currently looking for temporary staff to join our lettings department for a period of weeks over our busiest period (July - September).

You will work independently showing applicants properties in some of our most central and busiest locations.

Should the property turn into a let for Foxtons you will be rewarded on top of the hourly rate for this role.

Each day you should expect to be out on viewings for the majority of the day with one hour dedicated to being in one of our front offices giving feedback from applicants to the Foxtons team.

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm (6pm finish on Mondays & Fridays).


Key responsibilities:


  • Accompanying applicants around properties in line with company guidelines
  • Promoting the benefits of properties and the surrounding location
  • Feeding back to the lettings team on comments/questions/feedback
  • Collecting and returning keys to the office you are working on behalf of
  • Office admin/front desk cover should you not have viewings

About You:


Whilst you will be required to talk about the benefits of each property, overall this is a customer service role and applicants should possess excellent communication skills.

You must be well presented (the dress code at Foxtons is formal business wear) and be prepared/able to commute to London.

You will not need a driving licence as the properties you'll be conducting viewings on will be within walking distance.
