WLS Solicitors is a small high street firm with strong family values and believe in a work-life balance. Having grown considerably since being established nearly 8 years ago, we now have offices in Norfolk, Worcestershire and Berkshire.

We are looking to recruit two
Legal Call Centre Executives based in our office in
Norwich.

You must have an excellent telephone manner, be proficient in Word and Excel and be able to maintain and develop a strong relationship with our current customers.

The role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

Contacting our current client base to see if they require any updates in regards to their documents
Updating our case management system
Ensuring the systems have up to date and accurate information
Completing our client information forms
Liaising with other departments in relation to any documents which need producing

You will need:

The ability to work well within a team as well as independently.

Being proactive and a willingness to learn, develop and be an integral member of the team are also essential qualities.

You need to be confident communicating on the telephone and in writing with clients.

Job Types:

Pay:
£22,500.00 per year
