Digital Communications Officer

Lisburn

£18 per hour

Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Digital Communications Officer based in Lisburn. This position is a temporary contract working full time hours. There may be a requirement for occasional evening and weekends.

Responsibilities include:

Develop digital communications with heads of service across the client
Create and implement social media campaigns, writing content for platforms across the board
Manage the clients online presence, including social media, website, and relevant blogs
Develop and maintain online customer engagement and customer data capture, monitoring and measuring impact of social media, whilst reviewing how to maximise results
Develop and work with heads of service and stakeholders, managing expectations and developing partnerships
Undertaking ad hoc general marketing and communications duties as required

Skills and experience required:

Three years experience within digital communications

Experience in web analytics and reporting, including data capture

Stakeholder management experience

Management of social media channels, including websites and various digital platforms

Content creation for social media platforms and websites, alongside basic image editing
