Application Support Team Manager - up to £55 K - End User 12-month FTC
Pearson Carter are working with a national end user in the Education domain as they search for an Application Support Team Manager.
Responsibilities
- Management of 2nd and 3rd line Technical Support
- Liase with SLAs and OLAs
- Work closely with C Level members
Experience
- Team Lead/Management experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Service Desk experience
Salary
My client is offering a salary of up to £55K plus benefits to work on a hybrid basis (1-2x in office p/m for pre-scheduled meetings).
