This is a rare opportunity to learn from Alex Yepifanov, a former quantitative researcher from a top systematic hedge fund with exceptional market knowledge.


Receiving 1on1 training on various topics related to research and all things data, we will help you build a successful network of Quantitative Research, Machine Learning and Software Engineering professionals across the industry.


You'll join this growing team with the mandate to expand delivery of quantitative professionals, from data scientists to machine learning engineers, quants and software engineers.


Requirements:

  • The ability to understand what a client is really looking for and advise them on what is achievable

Prior Recruitment Experience:

We can take individuals with recruitment experience and teach about our market.

Our approach is quite different to a transactional recruitment role, but we are willing to consider people that genuinely want a change of approach.


We are equally happy to consider those from outside of industry and graduates with no prior experience but the right core skills and personality.


In short, we are looking for a hardworking, solutions-oriented individual who just gets it and we can teach you the rest.
