Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for organisation and people? We're searching for a talented Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team and become the friendly face and efficient backbone of our office.


Responsibilities:

- _Provide support to the recruitment team with administrative functions, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and organising files. _
- _Assist with job postings and job descriptions on various job boards._
- _Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently._
- _Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence._
- _Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating training sessions._
- _Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures._


Qualifications:

- _Previous experience in recruitment, administration, or a related field preferred._
- _Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail._
- _Strong communication skills, both written and verbal._
- _Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment._

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£8.87-£11.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
