Description

As Health Records Team Leader the post holder will be responsible for: Managing the workload for the team, ensuring effective delivery of health records for the emergency department, assessment units, wards, outpatient clinics and planned intervention unit.

Providing support and leadership to the teams, including sickness management and performance monitoring. Delivering an effective and efficient service, providing cover when necessary for other team leaders across the department. Liaising with staff and specialty teams in a professional manner
