Your responsibilities as an

Estate Agent will be to carry out viewings, open houses and sell ancillary products, whilst upholding the principles and cultures of our client. You will follow up with potential buyers after viewings and take them through the offer process, manage customer relationships and customer contact post-instruction as well as identifying and converting property buyers into future vendors with our client.

Responsibilities for this Estate role will include:

Proven customer service skills and sales experience
Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an amazing customer experience
An interest in the local property markets and market trends
Representing our client to the highest levels at all times
Prioritising our customer needs (making every home move amazing)

Skills & Experience for this Estate Agent role:

Performance focused and driven to succeed
Strong planning and organisational skills preferred
A passion for building successful relationships
Digitally savvy
UK clean driving license and live within easy commute to Bristol

£17,500
£18,200 basic salary
