Accounts Assistant - Lancaster, United Kingdom - Reed Accountancy
Description
Reed Accounts & Finance are pleased to be working exclusively with a respected organisation based on the outskirts of Lancaster to recruit an Accounts Assistant to work within their busy team on a permanent basis with a short probation period.
Duties in this role include the following:
- Processing of direct debits, generating and sending of new mandates and collection requests via bacs.
- Purchase ledger processing and distribution across cost centres including advance reconciliation work of expenses.
- Credit Control
- Responsible for Bank Account Reconciliation
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
In depth knowledge of the finance department functions, including reporting and reconciliations.
