We have an opening within our central recruitment team in Codsall, supporting the recruitment process for our new healthcare professionals.
We have an exciting opportunity for a
Compliance & Onboarding Administrator to join our central recruitment team in
Codsall, Wolverhampton.
You will support the recruitment and compliance process for new Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses coming into the business.
As a Compliance & Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for administering pre-employment checks, obtaining references and ID and processing DBS checks to ensure all staff are fully compliant and have clearance to work.
This role is varied and fast-paced, so we require someone who has both excellent customer service and administration skills in abundance.
You must be confident on the telephone and have excellent communication skills as you will be required to make outbound calls each day and liaise closely with colleagues across the business.
Hours:
- Full Time hour per week
- Monday to Friday
- Office based
Applicants must be flexible to cover a mixture of shifts on a weekly rota basis:
- 8.30am
- 4.30pm
- 9am 5pm
- 9.30am 5.30pm
