A professional services group in Liverpool are partnered with JGA to source an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Working in a small established internal Talent Team. A highly supportive and collaborative team environment, working to team rather than individual targets.

  • Work directly with stakeholders to build a wider understanding of the business needs.
  • Develop relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to support the recruitment process.
  • Create monthly reports for all internal recruitment trackers and metrics.
  • Use workforce planning data to inform resourcing approaches?
  • Work with social media resources to develop recruitment campaigns.
