Client Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client accounts and update information
- Analyze client data to identify trends and provide insights
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
Skills:
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Pay:
From £30,000.00 per year
