Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage client accounts and update information
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and provide insights
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

Skills:


  • Experience in financial services industry preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay:
From £30,000.00 per year
