About this Role


Isebrook School is a successful specialist setting for 250 students aged 11-18 with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities.

We are seeking to recruit a Pastoral Support Assistant to work within our expanding pastoral team.

The role will entail you supporting students to self-regulate and supporting staff in establishing safe and effective learning environments for all students.

Working as a front line member of the pastoral team you will need to have the skills and resilience to support students who may be experiencing difficulties in accessing their learning.

Salary:
G- G10 (£22,777 - £23,620 FTE)
Actual Salary £19,504 - £20,226
37 Hours per week 39 weeks per year
