Qualifications:


  • No formal qualifications are required but must be good with their hands (able to perform a variety of maintenance duties) and have experience using power tools without supervision.
  • Must be hard working, reliable person, who can complete tasks assigned, unsupervised.
  • Adept in handling preventative maintenance, basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep, groundskeeping, collection of supplies and general odd jobs.

Afternoon hours:
flexible 5 to 15 per week (no weekends).
