You will be joining Transformation Advisory, a growth capability with big ambitions.


A typical project could include building the implementation roadmap to bring a Client's sustainability strategy to life through the organisation, it's people and its partner's; implementing business changes to support a new digital solution or; designing a new operating model to accelerate growth or improve.

No two projects are the same, but they all demand exceptional client experience and a focus on delivering sustainable results.


This specialist team is spread geographically however, it is focused around three team hubs, London (Chancery Lane), Manchester and Birmingham offices.

Uniquely, the role offers the opportunity to directly inform the growth strategy for Transformation at WSP. Your expertise and insights will contribute to building a leading management consultant and change management capability.
