The Assistant Aquatics Officer will assist the Aquatics Manager and facility staff in the delivery and implementation of the Aquatics plan and associated key performance indicators.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for identifying training requirements for swimming teachers
  • Work with SCO's to manage and reduce swimming lesson waiting lists
  • Maximising class occupancy rates
  • Assist SCO's with the grading of swimmers
  • Monitor and report on class performance and progression
  • Undertake mentoring of teaching staff
  • Be on site during the delivery of the main swimming teaching programme, spread across all pools.
  • Undertake monthly analysis of the DD run against learn 2 to ensure direct debits and payment plans are correct.

£31,267.00-£33,818.00 per year
