Description
Organising and maintaining files, records, and databases

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses
  • Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
  • Creation of Purchase orders is a daily task in this role

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
