RESPONSIBILITIES
Working Hours would be 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday (half an hour for lunch).

Your duties would include but not limited to;

  • Responding to emergency callouts ensures that the related attendance SLAs are adhered to.
  • Deal with any queries or issues that arise from the scheduled works and escalate to line manager
  • Ensure customers are provided with all relevant information for completing the work.
  • Answer incoming customer calls, dealing with their queries
  • Assess scheduling priorities based on the works listed on the system
  • Completion of Excel spreadsheets
  • Supporting with scheduling service tasks for visits due and allocating to engineer or arranging with subcontractor and providing purchase orders.
  • Supporting with reactive jobs from customers and assigning engineers/subcontractors to attend being mindful to comply with the contracted SLA's.
  • Support the small works team with creating jobs / quote folders and administrative tasks.
  • Managing subcontractors for completed job sheets and invoices.
  • Completing jobs and providing customers with paperwork/certificates, and if applicable close tasks on client portals, Elogbooks etc.
  • Answering customer queries and requests
  • Supporting with liaising with the client to book in site attendance, both our own engineers and subcontractor labor.
  • Supporting with costing / invoicing of jobs, also chasing for outstanding PO's.
  • General support for the Service manager as and when required.
  • To gain awareness of all statutory compliance maintenance requirements will be provided in house.

BASE LOCATION:
Dante FS Group head office, Warrington.


EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET

  • Confident and professional customer service skills, with prior experience in a busy office environment.
  • A fast and keen learner with a positive attitude to take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment where you can work independently and within a team.
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Excellent people and communication skills are essential as the role involves dealing with customers and potential customers. You will require patience, understanding and the ability to act calmly and resolve difficult situations. Self-motivated with good personal organisation, forward planning, and the ability to provide accurate reports where necessary.

You must always represent the company in a professional and diligent manner at.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
