MONCLER are looking for a Client Advisor to be part of the team in Heathrow Airport Terminal 3.

Client Advisor at Heathrow takes on the role of Brand Ambassador and is responsible for growing store's sales by providing an exceptional level of service to the clients, and supporting the management team in the operations of their store.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Provides the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding customer's needs, providing support while trying the products on, crossselling, orienting customers to other departments if necessary
Ensures a unique client experience, creating a longlasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, aftersales and clienteling activities, and providing a warm and welcoming environment
Achieves excellent selling performances and results
Implements and maintains company's visual standards in store, collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management
Actively cooperates during the preparation and execution of inventories, product replenishment and stock activities
Ensures that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times
Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, whilst being a reliable partner
