    Job introduction:Do you have an eye for detail and experience of surveying, do you want to help improve the housing standards across our city and increase our resident satisfaction? Are you passionate about increasing standards in council housing?


You will be part of a service which delivers a wide range of projects across asset management, sustainability and energy, mechanical and electrical and planned and major capital works for our housing stock of approximately 12,000 homes.


The aim of the service is to focus on improving housing quality and supply, achieving carbon reductions, improving services and reducing homelessness across the city.

About the role:


To lead on the planning, preparation, delivery, and management of a range of asset and investment team housing stock surveys and related data.


Includes the management and delivery of surveying projects and updating related data records accurately for the Housing Revenue Account (HRA).


Play a key role in managing, monitoring and delivering safely the target of 20% of homes receiving a condition survey per annum.


Support and assist planning and delivery of current and future investment programmes by working closely with works delivery teams across the HRA.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
