We are working with an award-winning agency to power positive social and environmental change. Our client is an independent and fast-growing communications agency that has tripled in size since its inception.


Right now, they are looking for an Associate Director who is passionate about making an impact and joining their energy and clean tech practice.

This is an amazing opportunity to work on global advocacy campaigns and cutting-edge technologies in energy,transport, nature, and climate finance.


Location:
Bristol or London (flexible work available)


Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Energy and Clean Tech, you will lead a portfolio of global integrated communications campaigns for technology pioneers, NGOs, governments, and clean energy leaders.
  • Growing the practice, securing new business, and building a thriving team
  • Responsible for developing creative communications strategies, impactful multidisciplinary campaigns, managing highperforming teams, and growing the business.
  • Clients could include global organisations and innovative tech startups and scaleups.
  • You will be strategic, ambitious, and commercial, with a passion for turning complex ideas into engaging campaigns and a commitment to achieving positive impact.

Requirements:


  • Experience working for energy and/or cleantech companies, governments and/or NGOs.
  • Ability to devise and execute creative strategies and integrated campaigns.
  • Multidisciplinary communications expertise (minimum: messaging, media, digital, social).
  • Experience leading international communications campaigns.
  • Project management of multiple accounts in a fastpaced working environment.
  • Ability to identify and secure new business.
  • Ability to advise and lead C-Suite clients, managing relationships, accounts and teams.
  • Ability to lead, coach and build capabilities of team members.
  • Financial management of client accounts.
  • Understanding of global energy sector trends, policy, and technology.
  • Focus on achieving "real world" impact for clients.
  • Energetic, committed, and collaborative.
  • Confident to lead, inspire and support people and action.
  • Open to new ideas, views, and perspectives.
