Scale points 12-17 salary dependent upon experience (scale 5)

Required as soon as possible.

Closing Date: 16thMay 2023
We require an outstanding and experienced Senior Administrator / PA to join our highly motivated team of support staff.

This is an exciting time to join Ridgeway and you will play an important role in our journey of ambitious change.

In September, we became part of The Shires Multi Academy Trust and staff and students are already seeing the benefits of being part of a larger family of schools.

Since our recent Ofsted inspection, we have been rebuilding and there have been significant changes to the school and its leadership.

We recognise the challenges that lie ahead of us and are committed to make Ridgeway the school of choice in the local area.

The signs are that this is already happening with a 55% increase in student intake in Year 7 from September 2023.

We have made progress in areas of the school that needed to be improved.

Safeguarding is effective, behaviour is very good and we are focussed on curriculum, sequencing and giving our students opportunities so that they can develop into fully rounded people through the delivery of everyday excellence.

You will have the highest expectations, knowledge, skills and commitment and play a vital role in supporting all areas of school improvement.

You will have integrity, be ambitious, tenacious, caring, driven and a team player.

The role will be challenging and exciting, and you will be supported by an excellent Business Administrator, Headteacher and the wider trust with opportunities for progression as both the school and trust grow.
