The role
We're on the look for a Medico-Legal Adviser to join our growing Medical Team.
What the role is all about: As a Medico-Legal Adviser, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and assistance to MDDUS members. As a pivotal part of our team, you will champion membership and development initiatives, aligning seamlessly with our corporate and financial objectives. - Provide medico-legal advice and assistance to MDDUS members, influencing critical decisions in various areas of healthcare.

Minimum Requirements for the Role:
- Education: Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
- Professional Registration: Current GMC Registration with an active Licence to Practise.
- Membership: Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners or equivalent.
Desirable Requirements for the Role:
- Legal Qualification: Masters degree in Medical Law, LLB, or postgraduate diploma in law, or membership of the Bar (practising or nonpractising).
