Job Title:
Customer Service Advisor / Scheduler

Location:
Office is based in Pitreavie - Dumfermline (KY11)

Full Time - Working Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Salary:
£21,000 per annum

You must be friendly, be able to demonstrate excellent customer care as well as strong administration skills as this is a busy position and would suit someone from an office administration or customer service background - optical experience is not essential - but the ability to work at pace is.

This position demands real attention to detail, you need to be able to multitask and also posses excellent administration skills that will be used to assist the smooth day to day running of the business.

You must be PC literate and have an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to communicate with customers at all levels and have a can do attitude.
