The Company


A reputable organisation in Telford who have excellent onsite facilities and hybrid working are looking for a new team member in their credit control department.


The Opportunity


Working within a friendly and dynamic team, you will have a proactive approach to debt management and be happy collaborating with different teams within the larger organization and building rapport with customers.


Main duties to include:

  • Managing your own ledger whilst maximizing debt collection
  • Maintain accurate records of the collection process
  • Query resolution and supporting customers to resolve account queries in an efficient manner to solve the problem
  • Work closely with the internal stakeholders to resolve queries

The Individual


You will have exceptional customer services skills, and ideally the ideal successful applicant will have proven experience working within credit control/debt management, be self-motivated and enjoy working part of a team.

Good IT skills are required with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload in a fast-moving environment, whilst building rapport with customers and internal sales teams.
