Conference Producer to work on the flagship event of this renowned membership organization based in Central London.

About the role:


Working closely with the Production Manager, you will identify market opportunities to develop growth strategies across the events portfoliowhile ensuring the associations exceptional quality standards are met.

  • Develop the overall content strategy for the Conference portfolio and take responsibility for the fullcycle of event planning and management.
  • Produce commercially viable conference programmes that exceed sponsorship and delegate revenue targets.
  • Conduct in depth market research that identifies gaps in the industry, and develop new opportunities in line with the overall event strategy and organisational objectives.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the wider team and internal departments to ensure a total successful event.
  • Liaise with the marketing and sales team to develop strategies to overcome key business challenges.

About You:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience of managing and delivering large scale, complex commercial event programmes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to successfully build relationships and network with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of sponsorship and client management.
  • Excellent understanding of conference production processes, marketing strategies, and social media channels.
  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation, with the ability to identify and research new market opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
