To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a
System Specialist to be based in
Manchester or the surrounding area.


About the role:


  • You will provide In-Field after sales support for KARL STORZ electronic devices and associated products, including preplanned maintenance visits, performing repairs and rectifications, and installation and commissioning of devices, both at customer sites and in the Office repair facilities.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the territory and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain an expert level knowledge of Company Products and Solutions.

About You:


  • Minimum ONC or similar in an Electronic Engineering background preferred with experience of operating in an engineering / field service role
  • Knowledge of connectivity and networking of PC based systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Experience of operating in an ISO13485 and 9001 regulated environment
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to manage own workload to cover this geographically large region in the most efficient manner possible
  • You should hold a valid driving license and be able to regularly drive distances

£36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
