This is a super opportunity for someone with a little related experience to move into and make a career as a Field Technician, working for our clients, who are industry leaders.


Full training will be given on the installation and maintenance on a range of self service devices based in banks, supermarkets and independent stores across the UK.

Ideally you will live in or around the Twickenham area.


We are looking for someone who is driven and eager to learn and experience a whole new world of Self-Service devices and machinery.

Working independently 'in the field', travelling to required areas you will be provided with full training and everything you need to complete your work, including a company van, whereby you have the option to use this for personal use, a mobile and a laptop,training, and network of support you need to work autonomously.

This position works on 9 hour shifts with an hour for lunch on a rotational basis.


Week 1 7am - 4pm

Week 2 & 3 8.30am - 5.30pm

Week 4 10am - 7pm

1 weekend in 4, with 2 days off in lieu during the week after your weekend shift.
Full in-house training will be provided


Main Responsibilities:


  • Maintain / repair technical hardware problems within customer sites, i.e. ATM Cash Machines, Self-Service, Kiosks, Lockers, Vending machines and more.
  • Diagnose system problems in mínimal time and make accurate repairs.
  • Communicate with customers both face to face and over the phone in a professional manner.
  • Work within set times scales in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure the parts requirements of the customer are communicated to the Logistics Operation.
  • Attend regular training to ensure fulfilment of Service Levels.
  • Interface with sub contractors when needed.
  • Able to work well independently and in a team situation.

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • General Engineering, Mechanical, Field or Technical background
  • Full UK Valid Driving License is

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a wider team.

Desirable Skills and Experience:


  • Prior experience in a customer facing role working to Service Level Agreements.
  • A flexible approach to work along with a willingness and passion to learn new skills.
  • Ability to manage your own time and work effectively on your own.
