Role:
Engineering Manager (internally called Tech Lead)


Location:
office in London (hybrid working model, 2/3 days in per week)


Salary:
£90-100k + 10% bonus + 10% pension

The role:


This is a hands-off position, with technical oversight of your selected software engineering team, and also be a key factor in the implementation of direct changes based within the company.

With the company transitioning to become more agile, you will beworking closely with select team members such as delivery managers and the product team, whilst being the driving force as they move through their roadmap.


About you:

You'll come from a technical background (Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, or Testing) with experience leading a cross-funcitonal team.

You'll have examples of introducing new DevOps and / or Agile processes into a team, even if only at a small scale, andtherefore with ideas on how to contribute to our business goals.


Tech stack:
C#,.Net, ASP.NET, API's, SQL, CRM, Azure, DevOps, Low code (Pega, Power apps), SaaS.
