Description:
My client is a successful manufacturing organisation based in the North Lanarkshire area. They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their small but busy team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Sales order processing
- Stock management
- Arrange transport for despatches and returns
- Create despatch paperwork
- Deal with customers enquiries
- Liaise with various internal and external partners
- Update trackers and database systems
- Provide daily and monthly reporting information
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and seamlessly
- Previous experience of working in a similar sales order management role within a manufacturing/supply chain environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Confident IT skills including MS Office and CRM &/or ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
