Description:

My client is a successful manufacturing organisation based in the North Lanarkshire area. They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their small but busy team.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Sales order processing
  • Stock management
  • Arrange transport for despatches and returns
  • Create despatch paperwork
  • Deal with customers enquiries
  • Liaise with various internal and external partners
  • Update trackers and database systems
  • Provide daily and monthly reporting information
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and seamlessly
  • Previous experience of working in a similar sales order management role within a manufacturing/supply chain environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Confident IT skills including MS Office and CRM &/or ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
