As a leader in our industry, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic HSE Professional to join our team and spearhead our HSE&S activities in Hazelwood, UK.


What you will do:


As HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for leading and driving the HSE&S initiatives to ensure that our operations comply with all regulatory requirements, company policies & standards, and RCMS requirements.

Your expertise will be pivotal in preventing financial losses caused by incidents and maintaining our community's trust in our operations.

You'll work closely with all managers and co-workers, providing expert advice and support on HS&E issues and improvements. Your external contacts will include authorities, fire brigade, HS&E consultancy, neighbouring sites, and the chemical industry.

  • Lead the way in maintaining compliance with regulatory HSE&S requirements and company standards, securing the company's right to operate the plant within the community.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our performance in HSE&S remains topnotch.
  • Prevent financial losses resulting from incidents, safeguarding labour time, property, and reputation.

Skills That Make the Difference:


  • Bachelor's degree in science, Chemistry, or Equivalent Experience in related fields.
  • Additional degrees in Safety and Environmental Management, showcasing your commitment to HSE excellence are desirable.
  • Good knowledge of HS&E regulations and a solid technical background with an understanding of relevant processes.

£46,000.00-£64,000.00 per year
