Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will manage a busy workflow
Managing reception desk- Managing MOT, servicing and repair appointments- Organising workshop diary- Answering telephone enquiries and dealing with technical queries- Liaising with customers and workshop personnel- Carrying out all necessary administrative duties
Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a vehicle repair centre or tyre centre or a similar role
- Must have a reasonable knowledge of vehicle repair or tyre industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Work well under pressureThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
- We work as a team and sometimes we may ask you to perform other related duties.
Hours:
- Monday
- Friday 8.00am 5.30pm
- Every other Saturday 8.
00am pm
