Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust, based in London, who are recruiting for an Analyst to join their dynamic, fast paced team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Working with the Deputy Heads of Analytics and Senior Analysts to develop and deliver high quality, comprehensive and insightful analysis in response to data requests
- Develop and deliver standard reports and tableau dashboards to satisfy user requirements and business needs
- Ensure data sets are up to date, of agreed quality, and are improved to build in data required as requested by the National networks
- Support the team's analytical function including helping to develop analytical and reporting capabilities including the identification and sharing of best practice
- Assess, manipulate, and quality check large amounts of data and information relating to healthcare workforce, education and training
- Analyse and interpret data and create insightful dashboards and reports
- Data transformation and analysis in SQL
- Data analysis and iterative dashboard development in Tableau
- To support team members in the delivery of day to day activities
- To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Deputy Head of Analytics and the Senior Analyst
- High level of competency in SQL & Tableau & Excel
- NHS/Healthcare experience
- Highly numerate with a problem solving mindset
- Understand relational databases, importance of data structure and linking datasets
