Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust, based in London, who are recruiting for an Analyst to join their dynamic, fast paced team.


Rate:
£ PAYE) to £ Umbrella) per day

Location:
Remote


Hours:
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week


IR35 Status:
Inside


Duration:
up until 31st October 2023


Job Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Deputy Heads of Analytics and Senior Analysts to develop and deliver high quality, comprehensive and insightful analysis in response to data requests
  • Develop and deliver standard reports and tableau dashboards to satisfy user requirements and business needs
  • Ensure data sets are up to date, of agreed quality, and are improved to build in data required as requested by the National networks
  • Support the team's analytical function including helping to develop analytical and reporting capabilities including the identification and sharing of best practice
  • Assess, manipulate, and quality check large amounts of data and information relating to healthcare workforce, education and training
  • Analyse and interpret data and create insightful dashboards and reports
Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports

  • Data transformation and analysis in SQL
  • Data analysis and iterative dashboard development in Tableau
  • To support team members in the delivery of day to day activities
  • To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Deputy Head of Analytics and the Senior Analyst
  • High level of competency in SQL & Tableau & Excel
  • NHS/Healthcare experience
  • Highly numerate with a problem solving mindset
  • Understand relational databases, importance of data structure and linking datasets
