We are now seeking a knowledgeable Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Manager to play a key role within our team.

The ESG Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing Sepura's environmental, social and corporate governance reporting.

The ESG Manager role will be key in providing advice and guidance on ESG practices to operational managers in developing approaches across the business.

Your Role:

As ESG Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing Sepura's environmental, social and corporate reporting.

This will require experience and knowledge of implementing ESG disclosure practices and regulatory requirements to assist managers in reviewing their operations and developing business areas.


Working collaboratively with all departments, you will help drive the implementation of the Sepura ESG strategy, managing the delivery of ESG reporting from across the business.

In addition, you will drive staff engagement and awareness of ESG issues.


Your Day to Day:

Our customer base includes many different industries and markets around the world.

Our complete TETRA and LTE solutions have been developed specifically for users in multiple sectors to face their critical communications challenges.

There is no such thing as a typical day here at Sepura. You will be supported by your manager and team, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business.

Your day to day will include:

  • Working with stakeholders across the business to identify and define relevant data collection to feed into Sepura's ESG reporting and internal KPIs.
  • Overseeing the collection and preparation of the reporting of ESG data and where necessary assisting departments in developing their reporting for ESG.
  • Monitoring and advising on ESG reporting best practices that may be driven by regulatory, standards or market requirements from our global customer base.
  • Proactively identifying potential challenges and collaborating with departments to manage improvements in ESG practices that have a real impact and meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Supporting responses to requests for ESG information from external stakeholders, including tenders, regulatory requirements and investors.
  • Developing ESG practices within the business management systems at Sepura, including policies and guidelines for internal controls relating to environmental, sustainability and governance reporting as well as driving continuous improvements.
  • Collaborating and supporting team members through sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure Sepura's ESG priorities are achieved and communicated both internally and externally.

What You Need To Succeed:


Qualifications

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of global environmental standards and reporting requirements, (e.g. including GRI. GHG Protocol standards, ESRS, ISSB, SASB, CDP and similar).
  • Track record in successfully developing and preparing ESG, metrics, reporting and responses.
  • Experience from working in ESG reporting within a global supply chain that delivers to government/public safety organisations.
  • Project management skills and the ability to lead and coordinate efforts from across an organisation to achieve ESG objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for the processing data.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills with the ability to work with all levels within an organisation.
  • A selfmotivated selfstarter with proven success in a similar role.
  • A positive, flexible and cando attitude

Desirable Experience and Skills

  • Experience in working within product development and manufacturing within the radio communications or similar technical/engineering sector.
  • Experience in delivering commercial tendering and/or contract discussions.
  • Customer facing role experience.
  • Ability to travel as required.
