What we are looking for:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Process Controller (Repack) to join our growing team. As a Process Controller (Repack), you will support the site operations team in delivery of safe and legal products to the customer by ensuring adherence to the sites food safety and legality procedures and policies.

Key responsibilities as a Process Controller (Repack) will be to:

Drive and support behavioural safety within shift teams
Lead a "no acceptance" culture of H&S.
Drive GMP standards for all factory areas.
Drive Quality Culture and right firsttime approach.
Complete key process & component checks ensuring compliance to product specifications and product quality parameters are met.

To include, but not an exhaustive list:

Support the Team Leader online, help drive efficiency and improvements
Support the running of the line in the Team leaders absence and break relief
Ensure traceability is accurate, legible and maintained throughout all documentation

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Process Controller (Repack) will include:

Is currently in a similar position and wants to expand their knowledge of the food industry.
Wants to progress within the company to Team Leader
Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Is pragmatic, resilient and innovative.
Enjoys cross functional teamwork
