Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to really make a difference in our Nursing and Residential Home? We are looking for a dynamic individual who either has a Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or are willing to work towards this qualification.

You will be working closely with the Home Manager and the Team to ensure quality care is delivered to our residents.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for carrying out quality care, will lead by example and monitor standards.

Your standards will be of the highest calibre and a "can do" attitude is essential.

In turn, you will work in a beautiful Home, have ongoing support and training and be part of a great team.

DBS and Uniforms are all paid by Hill Care. We also offer free-parking.
