DEPARTMENT -Corporate Relations

RATE OF PAY - £11.80 per hour plus amazing benefits

CONTRACT TYPE - Full Time Permanent

HOURS OF WORK - 37.5

SHIFT DETAILS - 5 days out of 7


OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity is now available for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly, vibrant and dynamic Sales team.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

You will have a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines from a variety of stakeholders and employees of The Celtic Collection.

A first-class multitasker with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work using your own initiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and take an alternative approach when necessary.

A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literate is necessary for this role. Previous experience in and administrative role is essential.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Handle all enquiries promptly, in accordance with the department Service Level Agreement, ensuring that every caller receives a friendly and efficient response.

Systems administration and maintaining accurate records.
Take minutes for a variety of meetings and produce the documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
