We are looking for a friendly knowledgeable, full or part-time, Restaurant Supervisor that is passionate about providing great service to join our growing team here at Bohemia St Neots.

Bohemia is an independent Bistro, Tapas and Cocktail bar, specialising in providing the finest fresh ground coffee and great seasonal dishes made from the best local ingredients with a focus on providing seriously good food that is both delicious and well presented.

Since opening in 2016 we have expanded our site due to the high demand for tables.

As a company we've grown over the years having opened St Neots first Micro Roastery in 2019 and our Sister Site in Alconbury Weald last year.

Bohemia continues to push, challenge and demand the best, we're looking for someone with a passion like ours and to help us take our business and your career to the next level.

We are looking to take on an enthusastic, dedicated and knowledgeable individual with solid bar based experience and the drive to maintain and improve our offering.

There is a competitive rate on offer with the chance to progress as the company grows.

The work life balance of this role is excellent due to the restaurant being closed at 5pm Monday to Thursday and 3pm on Sundays with the shift pattern will being a mix of both straight and split shifts.

You must be fluent in English and eligible to live and work in the UK.
