HCR - Healthcare Recruiters Ltd are currently seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join the growth of our Nursing Team, which has been operational for over 20 years within the UK.

Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development following proven sales techniques.
Generate and manage ongoing pipeline opportunities and update CRM with all activity including calls, sales details and follow ups.
Providing a positive customer experience.
Management of the endtoend recruitment process.
