Cardiff Councils Support and Accommodation Service provide accommodation, advice and support to vulnerable single people and families in housing need.

Our services run 24/7 365 days a year.


About the job

The Community Response Officer will be responsible for:

Providing an intervention service looking at providing rapid support to clients who are at risk of becoming homeless as a result of becoming victims of crime through County Line and Cuckooing activity.


The PH will be Supporting vulnerable clients in their own tenancies, linking with various services to safeguard the client whilst seeking a positive outcome.

This is an exciting opportunity and we are looking for a variety of people from various working backgrounds to make a real difference.

Proven experience of working with people with complex behaviours and an understanding of the issues faced by homeless individuals will be an advantage
