affinity landscapes is an established landscape and grounds maintenance company that provides a professional service to commercial clients across the South & South East of England.
Due to the continuing growth of our business, we are seeking to recruit an experienced grounds/landscape maintenance operative to work with our skilled & experience teams with a view of progressing to a Team Lead position.
You will already be a strong team player but also confident to work alone, with a keen eye for detail and a positive can do attitude to your work.
You will be managing and running the landscape and grounds maintenance on site from start to finish, carrying out tasks using relevant horticultural machinery as required.
We will continue to support your ongoing personal development to improve your skills through on-job training, courses and challenges.
Required:
- Experience in all aspects of grounds and landscape maintenance: 2 years
- Experience in using horticultural machinery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great communication skills
- Good time management skills
- A positive and 'can do' approach
- Ability to lead by example
- UK Driving license
- DBS check
- Preferred additional requirements:
- Good practical handyman skills
- PA1 / PA6 Pesticide License
- Clean manual driving license with the ability to drive LCVs
- Trailer towing entitlement
