Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a German speaking Account Director - Advertising to work for a prestigious Advertising Agency.

Previous experience as an Account Director, Project manager, Account manager or similar in either advertising, branding, design, marketing or similar sectors

Leading the team to success
Make sure clients and teams are motivated and aligned.
Commercially minded to lead financial strategy
Building strong relationships with clients and Partners
Mentoring and developing talent and the team
Work efficiently and effectively to bring solutions to clients and their briefs to life
Realise large and small campaigns across digital, content, retail and TV of all sizes

German speaking Account Director - Advertising must have:

German to native standards both written and spoken with fluent English
Austrian German and Italian skills Highly Desirable
A strong understanding of either Advertising, Branding and or Marketing
Experience in either an Advertising agency or marketing inhouse role as Account Director, Manager, Executive, Project Manager, Consultant or similar
Interest and passion for advertising, branding and marketing
Ideally have knowledge of the retail or banking sector; however, this is not essential for the right person
