We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join support out Chief Commercial officer, enabling efficient and effective function of the commercial, marketing and research and development teams.


Main duties include;

  • Administer and ensure adherence to internal management procedures and Key Performance Indicators of the team
  • Support meeting preparation, including meeting material, agendas, keeping track of progress and followup items.
  • Prepare material and reports in advance of key meetings and events, maintaining schedule clarity and flow
  • Prepare and maintain agendas, manage and ensure completion of followup actions
  • Communicate across organizational functions and with external stakeholders to timely schedule critical meetings and stakeholder attendance
  • Schedule onetime and recurring events and assist in maintaining balanced agenda and scheduling/booking travel of the CCO
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Assist with other administrative procedures such as processing expense reimbursements, vendor payments as required.
  • Work with our marketing manager to implement marketing tasks, send out marketing collateral, oversee the internal newsletters or branded merchandise to prospects and clients
  • Diploma on Business Administration or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Technology proficient and able to organize and ensure effective video meetings, conference calls, and online meeting sessions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
