About the role:


An exciting opportunity has become available within Early Help for a Early Help Practitioner to join the service either full time or part time.


Early Help is a collaborative and community-focused service providing proactive, integrated and innovative preventative support to families most in need.

The Early Help Service will aim to have a positive long-term impact on families' futures, reducing demand for statutory care services, and operating as a financially sustainable organisation.


Within this role you will be delivering family support within a school setting, working alongside the school to support children and families.


We have one full time post and we want someone who is aspirational and can promote the best outcomes for children to join our service.
