Founded by two successful entrepreneurs the business has grown rapidly by making complementary acquisitions and developing new services to meet marketdemands.

Operating in a buoyant technology space they have recently completed a successful round of external fundraising and now have in excess of £120m of capital to deploy on a major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/ Admin Assistant to PA's

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support the PA to the MD and the PA to the CEO.

We need a PA or EA who has worked at board level in a fast - growth, highly commercial organisation.

You will assume tasks that you would normally expect inthis type of role; managing diaries, arranging meetings, taking minutes and making travel arrangements.

We are also looking for someone with the capacity to work with a board that are based over two countries (UK and Dubai) and who excels in handling complexand confidential situations.

The key attributes required of the Executive Assistant/ Admin Assistant to PA's
The ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines

Ability to utilise technology to facilitate support across the company

Flexibility in working hours

Professional and friendly demeanor

You must have experience working in a similar role supporting at board level, ideally within a high-growth enterprise. You will be able to manage highly complex issues and sometimes pressurised situations.
