Due to company expansion, we are seeking to recruit an experienced GRP laminator for our Nottingham-based manufacturing company. Location

• Nottingham (Bulwell). Days
• Monday
• Friday.

Hours 7.00 am-4.00 pm.

The evening shift will be started soon (2.00p.m-22.00p.m).

Rate from 12.50£ Up to £15.00 (depending on skills and experience) per hour + Shift Allowance. O.T. (rate x1.5) and weekend work are available.

The standard rate is £12.50 overtime rate is £18.75.

Minimum experience of 2 years required.


Successful applicants will be:
Conscious of Health and Safety policies.

Have skills to work with (or willing to learn):
Hand Lay-up using different weight chopped strand matt.

Using Polyester resins.

Use of various woodworking tools. Type measure, utility knife, chop saw table saw, angle grinder.

Proactive, able to demonstrate good use of initiative, and ready to work fast.

Willing to learn and develop. An excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues, and managers.

Work well to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exel GRP LTD is a well-established manufacturing company.

The work will involve using fiberglass and resinsto produce various items. Trim moulded components to pre-finished dimensions using hand/electric tools. Packaging ready-made parts.
