Description

Avid Personnel are proud to represent our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Knowsley. They are looking to appoint an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor.

Responsible for overseeing a team
Ensure that the equipment necessary for performing the duties is maintained eg, Personal Protective
Equipment, Manual Handling Equipment, Hand Tools, advising appropriate person if remedial action is required.
Assist the Production Manager in managing the team, taking prompt and appropriate action to correct any shortfalls in order to identify preventative measures and continuously improve performance and achieve individual and team objectives based on daily KPI's.
Ensure that subordinate staff have clearly defined roles and objectives and that they are trained, developed and motivated to achieve required standards of performance

Monday to Friday

14:30- 23:00 (Permanent afternoons)

Salary:
£11.50ph for the first 12 weeks then up to £12.7-
